I recently tried Lemon Cream Cheese cupcakes from Baked Indulgence and they were absolutely delicious. The sponge was perfetly moist and the lemon cream cheese works very well. I had the pleasure of having four of these beautifully presented cakes and, although I would have happily eaten them all in one sitting, I curbed my indulgence and made them last a few days. Kept in the fridge, they were as fresh on the third day as they were on the first. The care that goes into the making of these cupcakes is evident from the first sight of them to the last bite. I will definitely be trying some of the other flavours very soon. Raspberry Velvet sounds like a good place to start!
